Is it normal that i want to hurt myself bacuse of my mom?

My mom calls me fatso and stuff like that. My mom shouts at me for no reason, she does not listen to me at all. When she does it's only when she wants me help her or ask money from dad. Today she told me to leave the house as everything belongs to her. Is it normal if i hurt myself because of her?

        Anything you tell a counsellor has to remain private. The only exceptions would be that if you said you were going to kill yourself or somebody else or if a child was being molested or something. If you don't want your friends to know, that has to be confidential.
