Okay so this is the best way I can explain this. We've had the same cleaning woman in our home for easily the past 14-15 years. She's Brazilian, married, grown kids (one of whom has a kid as of recently) and very pretty.

I started having these sexual feelings towards her years ago more so when it was just her and myself alone in the house. I live at home with my mom, dad and a sister (just fyi).

        That may or may not be true that she might share the attraction, but do you really think sitting on a lounge masturbating your cock till you come and expecting her to clean up the mess is the right way to go?

        I don't know what country you are from or how old you are, but where I'm from such a thing could be considered a form of sexual harassment or even assault, esp. as she is an EMPLOYEE not some whore you found on the street.

    I agree with some of the other hand users here, be careful about doing stuff like that, cause if you can be charged with sexual assault (at least in the USA). Now, as far as carrying a romantic or sexual relationship with her, I don't see why not, you are not married or in another relationship, you are above 18 (at least I'm assuming you are), and you have an interest in her.

    I would talk to her, and see where it goes to from there. Don't do anything real brash.
