Plain and simple. Since I was 13 I have wanted to sleep with my sister. I could never hurt her, it would have to be consensual but it is all I ever think about. When I have sex with my girlfriend, I am thinking about my sister. I'm 34 and just don't know what to do?

    It would be best to keep this a "fantasy" instead of acting upon it. If someone found out it could cause allot of problems for the two of you. You didn't mention how old she was.... But either way there could be allot of stigma against you two.
