Seriously though, you're normal. But you should first say "I might be attracted to a guy" to see how he feels about that. If he seems comfortable you can try telling him he's the guy.
If you're planning to tell him at all, of course.
If you just want sex with him maybe try and find out if he's gay or bi, then casually bring up the concept of friends with benefits with him.
If you think you love him and want a relationship, then try and find out if he's gay or bi and ask him out.
Simply ask him, but make sure not to offend him. Yet the question would make more sense if he already knew you were gay. Why not try asking a rhetorical question of the same situation your in? Instead though, let him answer in what way he would do if he was a gay guy and had to confess to another guy. This would probably only work if you guys are close friends, but at least it would give you a concept of how access the situation towards him particularly. Sorry if this advice is not good enough, it's kind of hard to give advice on a subject I'm not familiar with.
