Is it normal that i want to have issues and problems?

I get really jealous of people who have health problems e.g. brain problems or diabetes.
It's not that I crave the attention, because when I have had health issues I havent wanted people knowing about it (suffering a minor stroke, having tremors in my hands).
However there was something about having a problem that I loved
Is this normal? please help!

You should go do meth, then you'll have health problems.

It is normal if you want to die and that issue you'd like would help.

It's not normal. Alot of my family members have health problems and their lives are horrible. My grandmother has to take so many pills that her IQ dropped severly. My father and grandfather have heart problems and may die within the next 5 years, my mother has diabetes and my brother has asburgyrs. So no, it isn't normal to be jealous. Be happy for what you have.

I've never really wanted problems, but I think I know what you mean because it seems good to have the attention or whatever from an illness. Sometimes I like telling people about my disease or my sisters. I immediatly regret it, though. I think its kind of normal, yes.

Just be patient. As you age you will have more of them. Unless you die young by way of an accident, this wish will come true.

OMG I had a very close friend like you!!!
We used to phone each other every single day for about 20 years. She took a minor ailment that COULD have been life threatening but wasn't but .....

Every fukn single day she went on about it for 6 years, eventually I said, "Aw for fuk sake get over it and thank God it wasn't serious!"

So 4 years ago, her husband walked in when she was on the phone and said, "Have you told joybird about your illness yet?" Now, either he was taking the piss out of her or she was deliberately boring me and he was making fun of me... Either way, I have never phoned her since!!

Let her find someone else to moan at.
You will be the exact same! Trying to bore people with your ailments will cost you numerous friends! Grow up!!
