    I say go for it cause the worst that she could say is no. You could also try it with just your neighbor first then discuss the threesome afterwards

    Make sure you are amazing at sex before you bother getting into that situation. Group sex is really unemotional as far as sex goes and the only reason people do it is for pleasure and not a quickie, you have to be able to pleasure both of those women at the same time and in my experience for up to two hours or more.
