Is it normal that i want to hamstring a dinnerlady?

Maybe it's the way they walk. Maybe it's the way their arms wobble when they're serving me cheese flan. Whatever the reason, the compulsion to cut through the sinew and bone of a chubby faced dinnerlady's legs and watch them flounder on the floor like a beached whale is all I currently desire. Is this normal?
