Is it normal that i want to get revenge after 2 years of breakup

Ok so I was dating this girl who I met at a party about 2 years ago, lets call her "bitchslut". I dated bitchslut for about 3 months. things didn't work out, so we split, and 2 weeks later she gets with a random guy, lets call him "faghole". I was devestated and humiliated. I was like wtf couldn't u wait a little longer bitchslut. I mean she really tore me down with that. now I am flirting with her best friend, planning to date her, not cuz I like her but just so bitchslut gets a bit of her own medicine, am I going too far? Should.I just let it go, or should I savor the sweet taste of revenge?

GET OVER IT. You sound like a child.

Shit happens. Don't let it fester for 2 years. Find a real relationship not a fake one. Success is the best revenge.

I mostly agree, but I wouldn't recommend that the OP should find a relationship until they get their shit together.

  • That sucks, really it does.

But 2 years??? Let it go already. Do it for yourself.

Find a website that she doesn't use and then, whenever the opportunity arises, tell a story about how dreadful your ex is. It doesn't hurt her and there's a weird type of catharsis in getting it all out.

Not that I'd ever do this, of course. ;)

After you break up, your ex has no obligation to you any longer. It's none of your business that she got with somebody else.
