You don't want to gain unhealthy weight by eating food that is bad for you body. Just because someone is thin doesn't mean they're healthy. Try lifting some light weights and eating more protein and healthy carbs. If after trying different things you still can't put on a few pounds maybe it just means that you're not meant to carry that extra weight.

Try walking! It increases your appetite but isn't too fat burning. Works for me.

I understand! I am 5'1" and weigh 103 pounds and I desperately want to weigh more than 110. I am 40 years old. I have been told to eat lots of carbs and sugar. It ain't working for me, but it might for you. Lots of starchy foods, cakes, donuts, pastas, breads, chips, potatoes, fast food, etc... I also heard that Mexican dishes will help you gain weight. Redford beans, rice, tortillas, chips and salsa, chimichangas, enchiladas, cheese cheese and more cheese!

  • My grandpa always said you have to eat lots of potatoes and corn to be big and strong, maybe try that.
