Is it normal that i want to drive over jaywalkers?

I like to drive the speed limit but people love to jaywalk across four lane roads. I'm forced to slow down to avoid them. I really want to go the speed limit and plow right through that woman carrying her child. There are plenty of crosswalks that are placed at logical spots and offer direct routes.
