I am a male. I want to dress up like a girl. I want to wear a skirt, girly flip flops, nail polish, and a sparkly girly shirt. I don't know if that is normal
Normal? No. Common fetish? You bet. Cross dressing is among the most common fetishes among men. No harm in it as long as it doesn't cause a guilt trip for you. There are even women who enjoy dressing up their man. Name any fetish and there are people out there who are into them. Cross dressing is actually pretty tame compared to some others.
True. It is tame. Somehow though, intolerance and bigotry is all too common. Inflexibility is endemic and increases as we age. We grow comfortable with things we understand. I don't understand many issues of life and what may be considered bad taste. But I defend the right of people to express themselves even if i find it reprehensible.

That's more common than you would think. Guys who do that are often heterosexual males exploring their feminine side.
Do whatever makes you happy. Don't ever feel guilty for it. Never say I should'a , could'a or would'a. You can't please everyone so at least please your self. Good taste is important. Indignant people have little tolerance for anyone outside the "normal" parameters of what is considered anything less that confirming to the "keeping up with the jones" and having a inability to tolerate their personal agenda. I will not follow a lifestyle to be trendy,showy, decadent and/or feel that I should have more merely because more is better. I don't do TV, I don't need a Rolex, i don't want diamonds a mansion, and i refuse to hate those less fortunate than others.

My cousin used to do that when he was 10 don't know if he is gay or not... So I guess not normal
It's not normal but it's ok to do. You may want to get a girl to help you with clothing choices tho 😊
Its not that uncommon actually. It could be that you are just a very feminine male. Or you might want to be transgender. I suggest doing research on it if you haven't already.
Yes it's pretty common but lose the flip-flops and get some stripper high-heeled shoes or platforms. How do you look now?
