It's hard to raise kids, especially alone. My girlfriend and I were on the verge of breaking up and then we got pregnant, decided to get married so our son would have dual citizenship, and make a go of it, for the sake of family. Now I would leave, but then I wouldn't get to see my son every day. I think I'm stuck.

    Maybe you are a queer and never should have hooked up with a woman. If you had fucked around with a man you wouldn't have all these problems, right?

    Sounds tough...
    Did you only marry for the kid, you didn't love her? If so: you've had the kid, good job trying to make it work, but he has the citizenships, you're unhappy so you should leave now.
    I don't know why your wife would deny you access to the kid, you seem to be on good terms, just bored of your married life.

    I'd say go for the divorce, find someone you love and make sure your kid's there for every moment of it. :)
