Is it normal that I want to cry during sex? I feel like crying in two different ways.

One is a weird feeling that takes over me, where I get really emotional. (I swear there must be a nerve down there connected to some brain activity involving emotion!) Where I just want to stop and have him hold me.

The second is a freak out where I stop enjoying it and start thinking "what if he's thinking I'm ugly" or "this isn't worth it" ...It's a lack of self confidence, which I put out there quite fake-ly in person..I'm really self concious deep down.

My question to you is if this is normal (Either/or).

    The first reason is normal. The bond during sex is very powerful for some people to experience.

    One of my side goals in life is to make a girl cry from the sex being that good! It's a ego thing, lol.

    sexual activity can bring up alot of emotions that are overwhelming. I think it's normal. However, If the feeling is connected to a issue you have with sex, then it might need some looking into. For example, a rape victim, or if it is physically/mentally causing pain. Not saying you fall under any of these examples.
