Is it normal that i want to be naked in front of my best friend?

I'm not gay or bi, but I think that being naked around someone like my best friend should be normal. It would make our time together easier... like changing, because we wouldn't have to go hide in the bathroom or lock each other out of the room to change. Plus its not like we have different body parts so who cares. I have known him for over 11 years (I'm male as well) so I think its normal. But IIN??

P.S. - I have approached him about it subtly before, and he didn't like the idea... so if you have an idea of how I could talk to him about it or figure out how to do it, please comment below.

P.S.S - We have a friend (female)that we both know who does this, and my best friend kinda thinks its weird... but i can kinda see him maybe coming around.

P.S.S.S - He is a year younger than me.

Edit: I wear just underwear around the house sometimes when he is over and parents aren't around. However, he does not show his underwear really.

      You can say things that describe your level of comfort around him, and if u don't wanna get too into the topic just mention from time to time how you've never been so comfortable with anyone before like you are with him. It's only a big deal if you make it one. Never forget that and have fun!
