Is it normal that i want to be alone because

have been in a few long term relationships (3 people, all 1 year+) All of which have ended when my mental health problems flared up again. They were happy as far as i know until the out of no where they left saying they were bad for me. We always left as friends yet after a few weeks they have all said because of being with me they cannot socailly integrate. They say that i made them see the bad in people and im worried ill do it again. I have been told i have ruined their lives, even a gf from years ago got back in touch just to tell me this. Is it normal to choose to be alone forever to save others from your way of thinking?

I want to be alone and revert back to the time in my life where i didn't know what love was and be completely oblivious to relationships. I was always so happy and didn't give a shit about anything but my hobbies and my friends.

Right now though, I know what its like to love someone and now being alone is miserable.

It's almost hilarious to me. Deep down inside I want to be alone... and I am... which is why i'm so miserable. It's emotional paradox like this that makes me laugh and cry at the same time.

What you described doesn't sound like a serious problem.
You'll find someone that will accept you the way you are, eventually, if you want to and keep looking.
If you're worried about ruining their lives, warn them about your history upfront. If they really care about you, they'll still pursue the relationship despite this.

This is very vague. What exactly happened to these women that you were with that makes them think that you "ruined their life"?

Yes I think it's a normal reaction, but you need to address the root of the problem. You need to focus on the positive aspects of you.
