ive had so many thoughts and dreams of just doing these discusting things to people like ripping off their skin, decorating my house with body parts, torturing people in my basement, beating someone to death till they bleed on my hands, is this normal ?
Go to a psychiatrist. They'll probably get you some help. and you might have to go to an institution to get help, but thats better than prison. Seriel killers get their asses pounded in prison.

i think a better question is your reaction to these dreams, do they disturb you? or do you enjoy them? if it doesn't bother you to think you could take some innocent human beings life away, this is not normal and you should get help.
i'm not going to say normal, but definitely not unheard of. i fall prey to these thoughts/visions/waking dreams myself... so know that you're not the only one.
btw not all killers get caught. look at Zodiac. the man is undeniably a genius of epic proportions, what with taunting police and victims' families.
just ask yourself before you act on these urges, "do i really want to go through with this?" if you can honestly answer "yes" without reservation or hesitation, more power to you; you're more honest with yourself than most of the world will ever be.
Don't become a serial killer otherwise the police will track you down, put you in prison and then you'll be locked up in there and bored to death for the rest of your life. If I was you I'd stick to video games.

The quickest cure is to have someone do these things to you so that you can directly identify with the pain you wish to inflict on others. Thus, you can understand what an asshole you are.

Secondly, while I cannot say your thoughts are "normal," I've felt the same things myself and understand the urge entirely. Personally, I went to therapy and it did nothing for me- behavior modification was all they could offer me, and there was no bad behavior to be modified, as I've always been good at controlling my urges no matter how distressing they may become.
Don't listen to the detractors, there's nothing horribly broken about you and you're no more a worthless monster than they are. Just stay strong and keep the beast contained. If you have no personal moral convictions regarding it (although I'd bet you do given you're posting it on the Internet like this), remember that one night of fun is not worth a lifetime of prison. Being a free man means more than you know until it's gone.

Unlikely. You fantasize about all sorts of crazy shit. Serial killers usually have one very detailed, very clear, pathological fantasy/fetish. Thats why they generally do the same things to each victim...they're chasing a distinct dream that they can never recreate perfectly..thats why they keep trying..hence SERIAL killer...you just sound like a retard OR if you were to become one you'd be so disorganised you'd be caught in a week.

If you are refering to Ed Gein he did exactly what you described. They based the movie the texas chainsaw massacre on him. so it has been done and if you arent just blowing smoke this is very serious and you need serious help before you get to the point of a killing because you will wind up in prison a mental hospital or dead. You will also answer to god. Go get professional help and be 100 percent honest
