Is it normal that i want to be a mother?

I'm a guy, and I've always kind of wanted to be female. Not because I feel like a female trapped in a male's body, but because getting pregnant is something I would love to do. I know a lot of people who have sort of distant relationships with their fathers and I want that special bond with my children that only a mother has, but mainly I want to get pregnant and feel that life growing inside me. Is that weird for a guy to want?

    If you're not gay, then it's not normal. Since you said you don't feel female in a male body, I'm assuming you're not gay so I voted it as not normal. (btw this post made me love being a girl even more. I love babies!)

      Well, I'm not all the way gay, I'm actually bisexual. Not even that though really, I'd class myself as more pansexual, as it's not so much a person's body I'm attracted to, it's their personality, regardless of gender

        Then if you're bi or pan, that means you are partially gay so I guess it's normal. Don't worry about it :)

    It's sweet that you want a special bond with your children. I'm female and I want kids someday, but I'm scared of pregnancy. Especially after hearing about how painful my mother's pregnancy was.

    Stupid people, always saying it's a fetish. It's a common thing for men beleive it or not. It's supposed to be a very beautiful natural thing, so why wouldn't you want it? It's not possible though. But you can still have that maternal feeling with your kids. That moment when you see your baby for the 1st time is priceless :) You can love them equal as a father, just as a mother can. Sounds like you just want kids

    Yeah..it's normal. I watched three kids grow inside my wife, and I've often thought, "how cool would that be?"

    There is a special bond fathers can only have their children aswell. Are you trying to say that children don't have as much of a bond to their fathers as for their mothers?

    Sick of people implying that fathers are secondary parents, when in fact they aren't.

      nono, I'm not implying that at all. I know that there is a bond between father and child, but what I am saying is I desire the bond between mother and child

    Yeah it's weird but I think that there is a fetish for it, I just can't remember what it's called
    I don't think that it is wrong though, many women enjoy that aspect of child-bearing.
