There's nothing wrong with wanting to run and nurture a household. Gender doesn't make a difference. It's hard, dedicated, gratifying work. <3 I love it.
My dream job. Drink all day, then do the dishes and flick the duster and vacuum cleaner about an hour before she gets home.
Where is dinner? Why haven't you done the laundry? You left the toilet seat up and I almost fell in! Not to mention you spritzed piss on the floor. You forgot the kids at school again and the dog ran away...again. I see you didn't dust the picture frames -_- I went out back to light the grill, ya know, to make my own damn dinner, and i stepped in dogshit. You stink of booze. Just what did you do today hmmmm??!?!?! Tehehe
Sounds like the life. I wonder why housewives who don't have kids in the house bitch... cleaning a house is cleaning a finite space and it's usually pretty damned easy unless you live in a Mansion.
It's uncommon, but there's nothing wrong with a man wanting to take care of the home. Either gender can do it. My husband would probably do this if we could afford it.
If it worked out right, then it's fine.
I've been down this road where I was making the money and he was home but he wasn't up to par as far as taking care of the homefront. Yeah that sucked.
The working world is tough, I'd rather take on that fight and let my gf/wife stay home. But that's also boring as fuck.
Also nowadays, you need 2 incomes to afford a good life, paying for house, car, etc, unless you're rich.
Anyways, as Russell Peters once said in a chinese accent "bee a men, do the rih ting."
The man is supposed to provide for the woman. Why dont you let her stay at home and you make the money?
