Is it normal that i want our first time to be special?

It's not my first time having sex. I have had sex with 11 partners in total and three of those partners, I have had sex with them a countless number of times.
Anyway, I am seeing someone right now who I like a lot and care about. We are probably going to have sex some time very soon but I want our first time to be special. My actual first time wasn't 'special' and neither any time after that. There have been some times which were memorable but not 'special' as such.
Just one time I want things to be romantic and something that I will remember forever. I want to be somewhere with nice surroundings, where we can be completely alone and overall, just great. Has anyone got any suggestions or experiences?

    Find somewhere private for a start (if you live with room-mates etc). Try candles and music, try it in a spa bath (again with candles). Most important, don't try to force anything. Let it come natural.
