Is it normal that i want my wife find a partner just for sex?

I am a lot older than my wife and have health issues. These health issues prevent me from having the active sex my wife and I desire. I want her to be happy and find a willing male partner who would be willing to enjoy a sexual relationship with her without breaking up our marriage. We have a strong marriage and she would be willing to try it.
