Is it normal that i want my gf to lose weight?
she isnt fat, but she isnt skinny. shes 5 foot and weights like 125-140. which is big enough to have love handles and all that stuff. she doesnt eat healthy at all, she eats fast food as much as i do and drinks sodas. she has agreed to go on a diet and work out more before but when it comes down to sticking with it she gives up. also for girls - how would i go about encouraging her to lose weight?
