I'm an a-b cup 17 year old girl, who really struggles with her appearance. I wish to have bigger boobs but it just doesn't seem to happen...I feel really inscure about talking to boys because I'm afraid they'll tell me I'm flat chested and thus won't like me. What can I do to get bigger boobs? Do boys really care about breast size?
Bigger breasts may still "just happen" as you mature more, but in the meantime stay away from boys you think might not like you because of your size - they aren't worth bothering about.
You can't do anything to make them bigger except surgery, which would be very drastic at your age. Check out your mum's bust and/or older sisters if you have any: genetically you'll probably end up pretty much the same size as them.
IF I were you I'd be more concerned about low self-image than breast size: insecurity will affect your personality which is far more important than your body size.

My wife is a 39D but she wants to go to a 42-44D. She has been asking all my my male friends and a majority told her to go for it. I told I prefer 39D naturals over enhanced ones. The guys who see them all the time keep asking what will she do. I'm also afraid of distortion or scarring. She already has them pierced and proudly shows the piercings off. She loves showing off all her piercings. She is 26 and very much in shape otherwise. What is your ideas on this breast enlargement idea? Natural or enhancement?

Girls care about their breast size in relation to other girls more than guys caring about breast size.
A female sees her breasts and thinks "My breast are smaller than hers, I want bigger breasts".
I guy looks at a flat chested female and say "Okay so what I can still do everything I like to do big or small" also a guy will think "Great she doesn't have big breasts to inflate her ego and make her a stuck up bitch"

Okay first of all they still have time to grow. Second of all there are lots of guys who don't like big boobs or don't care about boob size. Plus do you really want to deal with back pain, boob sweat or sagging?
It is not only normal, but frankly sensible. I don't have a problem with B-cup breasts, and neither frankly do most men. But all else being equal, a C or D cup would be preferable.
I know saying as much is verboten in our modern PC culture where apparently beauty knows no shape or size, but that isn't how biology works. Breast growth in females is a secondary sexual characteristic, and thus important in attracting mates by signaling reproductive viability.
Since most men prefer somewhat larger breasts, it is normal to want exactly that, since it raises your sexual market value. But there are no shortage of women with A and B cups who have an exceptionally high sexual market value because of other physical and non-physical characteristics. So I wouldn't be overly concerned about it, instead focusing on things you can improve about yourself without something as drastic as cosmetic surgery.
Your personality matters more than your breast size. Don't talk yourself down...
