    I also hate my father coz he's not supportive,he's selfish and i also have dreams about my teacher being my father and i like him so much and wish him to be my father.

    I'm not a professional, but I can tell you that having these feelings is normal, but depending on the circumstances, if you truly take a time-out and think about it, and if you still want a new father, maybe you and him (or you and your mom) need to have a family talk.

      Allow me to explain. My birthfather hasn't been in my life for many years. My mother divorced him back when I was 4. He's a terrible man. He abused my mother nearly killing her multiple times, stole my mom's money, tried harming my younger twin brother back when we were babies, and while I was never mistreated growing up, he hasn't done one thing for me or my brothers. As far as I'm concerned, he never was, isn't, and never will be my real father. I'll always feel this way towards him. I believe that you're not a parent just because you happen to impregnate a woman or deliver a baby. It takes much more than either of those things to be a true parent.
