This does'nt happen all the time, like 2 or three times a week. It's weird because I don't have any sexual dreams when this happens (please be mature with your comments...)

It happens because you have to pee. Even if you don't feel as though you have to pee, that's why you wake up sometimes with an erection. The build up of urine while you sleep makes blood rush to your penis, making it hard.
