Is it normal that i wake up with a headache almost every morning?

Lately, for maybe a little over a month or so, I've been waking up to headaches, varying in intensity, nearly every morning.
It started when I went on a bit of a hydrocodone (painkillers) binge, taking it every day for a few weeks. I'd go to sleep feeling amazing, then wake up with a terrible headache that wouldn't go away until I took more.
After I stopped taking the pills, it got better, but still happens almost every day. It usually goes away after five or ten minutes, and usually is very mild.

Some things that may be affecting it-
1. I've been on a really shitty sleeping schedule, like falling asleep at 6 am, waking up at 4 pm, although I'm not sleep deprived or anything like that.
2. I've been sleeping on a couch.
3. I've been very depressed and high anxiety lately.
4. I've been having tons of nightmares.
Thanks!

Just make sure you drink enough water! Although you have many other factors that may increase this problem, drinking plenty of water is very important!

Sounds like you're not getting proper neck support.
