Is it normal that i wake up at the same time when i dont set my alarm?
Occasionally i am too tired to remember to set my alarm for work. When i do set my alarm, it goes off at 6.15am.
However, when i forget to set it, i ALWAYS wake up at 6:40. I started noticing this pattern a few weeks ago, and have been purposely not setting my alarm some nights. I proably do this just 1-2 times a week, but its always 6:40 i naturally wake up.
is it normal for this to happen?
