Is it normal that i've never had a boyfriend at 19?

I'm 19, never been kissed, never had a boyfriend. Not to be vain, but I'm thin, and fairly attractive. I have been asked out before, and I have been on a date, but I have never felt a connection with a guy. And I always seem to attract really obnoxious guys!! I don't know why, coz I am the most laid-back, down-to-earth person (I always laugh at myself/never talk myself up) Although I do value how I am physically attracted to a person, I am a genuine person who places the majority of value on one's personality. Am I normal?

    It's more normal than you think. You just have high standards, and that's definitely a good thing.

    In short: Just continue to live your life. Then, when you least expect it, someone will come along. It may take several tries, but there's someone special out there for you.

    Have you thought about asking a guy out? Quite often, men who would make a "Good Catch" are too shy, intimidated, nervous, or scared to approach a girl.

      I would definitely ask out a guy...if I met someone I connected with! I'm a bit of a loner, so I don't meet new people that often, and when I do, they are usually friends of this one friend I have who is a tad dramatic and her friends always end up an extension of her personality - very dramatic, loud, obnoxious. Thanks for your advice though!

        Put yourself out there, go meet people and definitely include the guy that seems shy. (I don't mean ask him out but definitely say hi, how do you know you have a connection if you don't speak to them)

    Yes you are normal don't worry I'm sure youl find the right person sooner or later. But ps remember that were living in a very cruel and unfair world. So I think mostly you should also put yourself out there don't expect that all of them will come to you, you should also go to them.

    And ps I'm 17 and single if you ever want to hook up. Lol joke u don't have to do that.=]

    I'm basically the same, I'm down to earth, a geniune person and quite nice, fairly attractive but I attract douchebags that I would never go out with.

    Maybe ask someone out? I'm too afraid of rejection so I don't but you should.
