Is it normal that i've had a constant period for the last 28 months?

I had one for ten months before I sorted it out, it could be u are on the wrong pill for u if u are on one, I have polycystic ovaries so I need to be on a combined pill to regulate my periods. Def see your doctor, don't be embarrassed, I had to have someone have a poke about up there but don't worry, ask for a female doctor, its their job to do this so don't be embarrassed at all.

You should really see a doc. You could have anemia from constant bleeding.
