Is it normal that i've fallen for a guy who has a girlfriend?

I've known this guy for a year now, and he's super sweet, not to mention hot, tall, and buff, my perfect guy. We got to talking and got to know each other and I shared things with him that I haven't told any other guy. I told myself I wouldn't fall for him, but I like him more than any other guy I've met. Unfortunately, he has a girlfriend, and she was the main reason I wasn't going to fall for him. She's a complete bitch. She treats him like shit and cheated on him, yet he still takes her back. It makes me so mad that he won't break up with her and that he lets her treat him that way. We stopped talking for a while because she told him to stop texting other girls, but recently we started up again. He's still in high school, and I'm a freshman in college, so is his girlfriend. He's going to come down to see me, and I know something's going to happen. He tells me all the time about the things his gf does to him and about how hypocritical she is Honestly, I don't know what to do. Is it normal that I want to help him and is it bad what's going on?

    Ow some guys just like to moan and play the 'poor me' card so that you feel sorry for him. Tell him to be a man and do something about it and to stop whingeing like a baby!!

    You're not there to solve his problems - that's his role.

    Steer clear until he can man up.

    Its normal but by no means should you act on those feelings.If he really liked you he'd break up with his girlfriend. Find another guy.

    Normal but do you really want to build a foundation with this guy on infidelity? Wait until their relationship pans out and then you can be with him however you like.
