I'm an 18-year old girl and lately I've been having sexual dreams of little boys, roughly around the age of 8-10 and I'm not really sure if I want them to stop.. I ended up reading shota (you know, it's an anime/manga genre, little boys doing uhm stuff..) one night and I hate to admit it, but I liked it.

I guess I'm attracted to little boys, but I'm not a pedophile.. I mean I haven't done anything wrong, I just have short of strange thoughts ^-^

    When I turned 18, I experienced a bit of the same, to the point where only shotacon aroused me enough to get off. I knew I wasn't a pedophile because their affections lie solely with children, and I was still attracted to the boys my age.

    I got over it after some time (now it's only one of the things I may get off to) and I even have a theory as to why it appeared so suddenly when I had never had any such urges before:
    I believe it was because I was on the verge of adulthood, and scared of it, so my subconscious desire to be a child again manifested itself in these fantasies.

      As long as you don't act on these thoughts, you're not a bad person. For your own sake and for the sake of innocent children whose bodies no one as the right to use for their own pleasure, it would be best to talk to someone professional so you can get to the root of why you feel this and you can move on with your life and be happy.

    You're a pedophile whether or not you've actually done anything to them. Saying you're not is the equivalent of a guy knowing he's attracted to women and saying he's not straight because he's never had sex with one before. It's ridiculous.
