Is it normal that i usually stay up til about 3:00 am on week days?

I can't help it. If I try to go to sleep, I just can't. I feel fine the next day too, I have all my energy.

    I do the same exact thing except i have no energy because i would only get about 3-6 hours of sleep because of that, but it doesnt matter what time you go to sleep as long as u get your 8hrs in you should be fine, but if u dont like to stay up late but cant help it try to sleep 30min earlier from the night before every night until u sleep at a time that is good for u like lets say 10pm or something

    So do I! I usually go to sleep very late much to my family's chagrin, I'm not really tired at night and I take naps during the day, So, I think that should help make up for the sleep I lose at night. Sometimes, I usually can't stay awake during the day, even after drinking black tea. I get so sleepy, that it's like I'm in a coma!

    Almost same exact thing: 3 am and fine the next day at 7:30 8 or so. I just watch movies or something. If I don't, I'm up all night until 4 or 5 just rolling around. I watch like 5 or 10 mins of a movie or show and I'm out at like 3:30 or so.

    Very normal. I want to get tons of sleep and go to bed at around 9-10, but I often end up staying up until around 11-2 in the morning.

    Also, if you want to sleep earlier, you have to, unfortunately, turn off all your devices that have any sort of bright screen. Do this, lay in bed, and keep your eyes closed, and don't open them no matter how much you want to. You will wake up the next morning not even knowing when you fell asleep. It works, try it :)

    I'm jealous of you guys who can do this, the latest I can handle is maybe 12am but on average its 10 or 11 for me.
    :[ If I manage to force it, like stay on the computer or watch t.v. then I will be a dead fish the next day...I'm in my late teens! All my friends though stay up late as hell and some even go drinking on weekdays! smh
