Is it normal that i usually forget to eat?
I don't feel hungry anymore and I'm usually busy when I wake up so I forget to eat. Is this normal? I don't eat until dinner time and even then I don't have much of an appetite. It's pretty much a habit now. I try forcing myself to drink blended fruit/veggie juice in the morning now just to get something in but drinking it makes me want to throw up because I really, really, really don't feel hungry/want to consume anything. IIN?
