Is it normal that i used to have feelings for my step~brothet

When I was younger (like in second grade) me and my step brother(who was only a year older than me) would always stay up all night. When our parents went to bed we would play truth or dare. It would start with little things then end with sexual things. Such as French kissing, dry humping each other or closing our eyes for a minute and letting the other person do what ever they wanted to you.
Now that we're older we avoid all the childish things that we used to do. We get along very well and we pretend that we do not remember the past. Is this normal or strange?

    Well, you shouldn't be ashamed. Your stepbrother isn't really your brother. He's your brother BY LAW. In one point of your life, he wasn't your brother. He's only related to you by marriage/law, so it's perfectly fine if you two have feelings for each other.
