I use it for my face all the time! I have extremely oily skin and I find it less harsh than many acne scrubs, and it really gets rid of the oil and bacteria. I always put on a light, gel-based moisturizer on afterwards though.

I thought dish soap would dry your skin more. Can you even use that if you have ezcema?

I've never done it. But try Dawn soap. They use it on the wildlife to get the oil off of shore birds and other critters. It's safe for them.

I would be careful with your va jay jay if youre female. Find a soap that works for you and ditch the dish soap.

I always thought it would dry out your skin, unless you use a really good lotion. I know dish soap can be used as a clarifying shampoo.

I washed my hair with Sunlight dish soap before. Worst decision ever.

Soap's soap at the end of the day. Sometimes if you have dry skin, then it's better to use soaps that don't dry it out quite as much.
