Is it normal that i trim my arm hair?

I'm a 17 year old girl and about once every 1 or 2 weeks I trim my arm hair with one of those electric razor buzzer thingys. Normal?

    I know a lot of girls with arms hairier than mine and I'm like.. Don't that ever notice?

    I think it's perfectly normal. I do that, too. Why shave the legs and just leave the arms hairy? Never made any sense to me.

    Its just gona grow faster and thicker and faster and thicker till you need to shave it. Then again faster and thicker and more oftern

      That's a myth. The hair just looks thicker because naturally, hair tapers off into a soft point but when you cut it, it leaves a blunt end that remains until the hair falls out and grows back.

      I thought this at first too. But since I started shaving my legs, my hair actually grows back thinner...
      Same with my arms. There's not as much as it grows back.
