Is it normal that i told someone i knew about their life...?

Ok, so I had my birthday the over the weekend. I had a great time and got real drunk, I ran into a friend and her friend who I follow on Twitter for some reason. In my drunken introduction I talked about her life and the things I knew via Twitter. Needless to say this girl was creeped out. I am very socially conscious about being a "creep" so I want to know if this was a normal thing to do, or should I feel like a weirdo for doing that?

    #2. Weirded out, WTF? Ask her to taste test yourgentleman's relish, give her something to really consider weird.
