When i see a girl i find a attractive i always say in my head "I would marry her" instead of thinking about sex like people say most guys think.
So when judging on appearance the moral of the story is: sex object - bad; domestic object - wonderful.
Maybe he means, instead of fantasizing about a sexual relationship, he fantasizes about a life with that person. You equally don't know how someone is in naked and bed, as you know how a person will be in marriage. Maybe he thinks of the pleasure of the company of a beautiful person on his arm through various parts and events of life? Most guys put personalities on woman for how they would be in bed, maybe he does them same with the thought of marriage.
i also do this all the time like if i think a girl is cute or something ill think of what it would be like to merry her and how our life will play out and if i dont know anything about them ill put in their personality and ill think more about it like how our kids would look like and what if we get a divorce for some dumb reason then we die and then i get depressed and i stop thinking about it and go on with my day

bullshit women prefer that but girls don't. Girls like the guy who is going to be cocky and be an asshole then not give them another thought. dont even try to lie

I hear that from alot of people. However, where I live the nice guys get ALL the girls. In the end the assholes are nothing but tools anyway. They're good for sex, but nothing else.

enough to know being an asshole works...i used to be the whole nice guy stereotype...heard assholes did better with girls, then I tried it and like magic it fuckin worked haha
Yeah, if you like girls with problems. Maybe some girls like to be treated like crap, but they're not the kind of girl you'd want to be with in a relationship.
I think women really want someone who acts normal around them. Most women don't like someone who treats them like crap, but they don't want a mealy-mouthed pushover either.
What works for me most of the time is being myself. I just try to treat them like I treat my friends. You know, like a person. In my opinion, a girlfriend should be neither a master nor a slave.
Girls will in the end prefer you too. And if they don't then they aren't worth it! (:

While it is true that many girls don't find commitment like that attractive, maybe your just hanging out with the wrong people. All of my close friends and I prefer guys like you :)
It's weird, because it sounds like you would marry a lot of different girls if you think this about every single girl you're attracted to. That's not really sweet and nice, that's you being too easy and ready to marry.
I tend to think thoughts such as, "she's gorgeous", "she's great", "I would love to spend time with her", "Wow" etc.
Marriage is never EVER in my initial response to a girl I'm attracted to.
Girls want a guy with a fat wallet and a huge penis that he knows how to use.

Yeah, totally normal. Most men are not sex-crazed hormone driven beasts, as they are often portrayed in popular media.
If that was really men's nature, our species would have evolved very differently, with a very different social construct- one which would more resemble a pride of lions than a colony of ants.
women need 2 men in their lives:
1) The provider (who she marries and he pays for her lifestyle and takes care of the child)
2) The badboy sexytime guy (who she has wild hot steamy sex with)
Choose your path wisely (and ideally both at the same time)
i think what it be like to like be dating then or maybe living togather, but i think most people under 25 are probably too young to be married. but i gett your idea
I don't think, "I would marry him." when I see a guy I like...that doesn't make anyone any better or worse, but obviously if you think that your most likely a nice guy.
I think it's normal. I do think of both equally. What it would be like to have sex with someone, then how certain events might play out with that person. If I'm interested in a relationship with that person, which involves having a crush, not just seeing someone I've never met, then I will fantasize about what a future with them may be like based on their personality. It helps me reason with my interest in the person. Sometimes it leads me to lose interest.
It's like running a simulator with that persons data.
Writing this made me feel like a crazy person, though. I don't obsess, as I may have suggested. These thoughts are fleeting, not encompassing my entire thought process daily. I just sometimes toy with ideas, without taking it too seriously.
