Is it normal that I think the people who work at the nail salon are talking s@$# in Vietnamese about the customers? Does this really happen?
I've heard about a woman who's husband was in the service, and she picked up on the language. She says they do it all the time. Until she says something in their language and the stop talking till she leaves.
Oh fuck yes...if I was bilingual I would only abuse the skill to talk shit about people in their presence.

Yes it is. The Seinfield show had a whole epsisode on this very topic. Except the people were Korean not Vietnamese. You must have seen a re-run of that show lately to give you this idea.
I'm sure they do, but they work with feet so...if they gotta talk shit to get through the day then so be it.
