Is it normal that i think kratos from gow is insane?

I'm playing God of War 3 and the whole time I'm slaughtering weak enemies I'm just staring at Kratos's mean scowl and wrinkles and I'm like, what the hell is wrong with this guy? Does he HAVE any friends (I doubt it)? He's f***in UGLY for christ sake, put a smile on!!!! How does he even bang Aphrodite with that face? He's a hideous bald headed lunatic!
He really needs something else to do with his life cuz killing your family doesn't look like fun.

    Well if you look at the guys history, his families ashes are on his skin, which is why it's really white and he's a Spartan warrior.

    It's not like he's going to be baking cupcakes and singing about sparkly rainbows.

    Also kratos always gets betrayed and ends up killing people who were his allies just so he can kill Zeus. Or when he kills people that ask him for help.
