Is it normal that i think im someone different then what others see.

Over the past few years iv started to realize the person i think i am in my head is not really the person im perceived as. I have realized that my actions are sometimes much different then my thoughts. I usually think of myself with high regards but those are just thoughts not really things im doing or do. Does anyone else feel like this?

Yes. Its called being human. It can be good or bad if our actions align perfectly with our thoughts....perhaps this is why they don't align 100% of the time. Also, it takes a lot of self-reflection, maturity, experience, and really knowing yourself to be able to match up how you perceive yourself with what you are actually projecting and putting forth....some people strive to purposefully put out something they are are not and that's even harder work....its perfectly healthy and normal to question what you think/perceive vs. what actually is...not enough people do this, and this is why so many experience a disconnect with, deny, and fail to act in the face of what actually is/reality...
