Rules for proper anal.
1. Enema - cleanliness is next to godliness, plus it moisturizes the lining of the rectum and helps relax the inside.
2. Lube. Gel lube is usually best, like Astroglide or KY.
3. Start slow and work your way up. Don't expect to take a fist on your first night. Start with a finger, then two, then a small dildo, etc.
