Is it normal that i think i will die from poisoning?

Okay, so, just like 20 minutes ago I went to get 2 batteries for the remote, but they didnt work so I went and got some more. Anyway, 5 minutes later, I went and put my hand in my mouth to feel my tooth because I thought I had a cavity.

So I go get the dental mirror and look around and it smells funky-the mirror i dk why its brand new but it was in the drawer for a month without anyone using it. Anyway, so then I stick my hand in my mouth again and I never swallowed only like once or twice but I kept spitting out because my hand tasted nasty, w/e anyway, so I then realized i had a small burning sensation in my stomach like acid reflux but not and then I realized OMG i touched batteries and then I touched my mouth!!!!

so now ive been thinking i got poison down into my stomach somehow from my fingers and im gonna die from it. i looked online and it says people can die from battery poison weeks-months later. what should i do??? i didnt swallow it and theres no acid anywhere on any of the batteries that I touched that I can see, but there was this funky glue on the side of the dental mirror.

HELP im freaking out and shaking!!!

Call a doctor and ask if it's possible to get poisoning that way. I honestly don't know.

If you didn't get acid in your mouth don't worry. Your panic is making you think sonething is wrong

Ask a doctor if it's possible to be poisoned by batteries. Try not to panic.

Relax! I have never heard of anyone geting poisoned after touching batteries. It sounds like you just got a bit of glue in your mouth and you have been tasting that. You will be fine!
