I'm a straight female. My best friend thoughout high school came out as gay a few years back, and we've stayed really close friends dispite living in different cities. Now we live back in the same city and see each other even more. Is it normal for me to love him more than a friend?

It's just they're charisma, sweetness, style, and even caringness that draws me to them as well. Plus being friends for that long, I think it's perfectly normal.
I am bisexual and, gay men are socially pathetic so you're in a different place then if it were me. I never get close to that because one hint "gay friending" toward, me and I'd ghost. And I am someone who is exteremely attractive and they enhjoy my shoot downs.
Its normal. All my little brothers friends had a thing for him at one point and he's gay.I think its because they're always there for you and they treat you extremely kindly and do things a straight guy would only do if he was into the girl.
