Is it normal that i think i'll never be in a relationship?

I know this sounds super cheesy but trust me, you're not alone. There's probably a lot of people on the same boat as you, maybe too shy and quiet to make friends or just like you, socially awkward.

If you see someone looking lonely or standing by theirselves don't be afraid to go up to them or talk! I made a lot of friends this way. :)

someone who feels the same way... i have friends but it seems too rare for there to be a romantic connection, a physical attraction, and a comfortable friendship all in one where both parties are available and feel the same way.

I don't understand how others get into so many relationships. 25 and always single! I just don't see myself doing what others do.

its normal to think that However, its not healthy. Self fulfilling prophecy: in that if you think something will not work out often times it doesnt because you already think it will fail. This means you are more likely not to try and not to put a real effort in when you do find someone who might be willing. it is a bad thing in life i think to go around being negitive all the time, sure you should be aware of your past experiences and be aware of what issues you have difficulties with.

No one wants a negitive nancy and the worst thing you can do going into a relatonship is to carry a lot of low self esteem or baggage. be happy with who you are if there are issues you have that you need to work on, do so, if not just try to be who you are. thats what matters. and i think in life today it matters more to be unique, diffrent and creative then to "fit in the crowd" because the average crowd is full of morons.

Concentrate on your education and when you are done you'll have plenty of time for a relationship.

Same here. I am a little bit older than you and I gave up. Anyways, a lot of people tell me that I am still young and I probably will get a girl someday, so let's see what happens...

Don't focus so much on being in a relationship. You find some of the best things when you aren't looking. Just live your life, and one day someone will see how much you love life and will want to be apart of it.

You're 21. You have several DECADES ahead of you. Be yourself & be confident. It will happen, trust me. :)

It will take time but your first step is to be confident in yourself. And I think one of the best ways to be confident in yourself is to be yourself and not get too much caught up in what other people will think about you the whole time. I'm no much older than you and I worry too sometimes but don't give up just yet.
