See if an increase in your medication will stop these delusions. Worth a try.

I wouldn't publicise that if I were you. Governments have many secret plans for the human race and you would probably be in danger if they knew you knew ..

All the time I find ways to insert the phrase deja vu to the day's happenings. I'm pretty sure our brain is sophisticated enough to predict a lot of things, especially events that were pretty likely, but with convoluted butterfly effects. That way, when you see something your brain predicted happen, you'll think, oh jeez, deja vu.
I've also felt like moments in my life have either repeated themselves or I've seen them in a dream, which just takes me further into deja vu.
It's also completely normal to develop certain superstitions when things happen often. Like, I drink juice or chocolate milk with a straw nearly everyday, and when I choose the straw's color, it feels like I've just chosen the day's significance, meaning, or even what's going to happen. Probably not. It's just a straw. There's other ways I do this, but this is the first that comes to mind, and the most obvious one.

I'm not sure if this is what you feel, but it is what I go through.
