Is it normal that i think everyone's giving me mixed signals?

So, every time i see my friend and her boyfriend together, they look uncomfortable and too quiet, but when he's around me we laugh and talk and he seems chilled...but besides that there's another guy who hasnt showed interest in me but now i catch him staring at me and watching me, but im the first one to look away when he does, so is it normal that i think everyones giving me mixed signals???

    No and yes.

    I'm thinking the OP is reading stuff into the first guy. Just because the friend's boyfriend likes the OP doesn't mean he wants more than friendship. Perhaps they appear uncomfortable because.... well there's many reasons.

    such as they want to be alone
    or the best friend knows the OP is staring at the BF
    or because they just don't need to talk to get along.

    the second guy sounds more believable

    Sure, it's normal. However, that doesn't mean you should try to get with the guy who has a girlfriend.

    Most of the times, when a chick says she's getting "mixed signals" it really means that the guy isn't interested but deep down she pretends he is.
