Is it normal that i think all mirrors portray u differently?

I look in a mirror quite a bit, at different places example: shopping mall toilet mirrors or someones house even changing room mirrors seem different... like i find some mirrors make you look real ugly and show every blemish ect, then others i look in make me feel good and i think i look quite alright, is this normal, do other people find this..?

      so what's the real truth then, what do you really look like if there's always different lighting at different places..?

    Thats The Same For Me, Althoo I Think It Is Also The Lighting... I Sometimes Only Look In The Bathroom Mirror Because Of The Dim Lighting When Putting On Makeup And Getting Upclose With My Blemishes Then I Leave The House Orange!!

      haha same here, i like to keep the lights off esp if there fluorescent lights cause they tend to shoe every speck and what not, so does that mean that that's whats u look like even in the "bad mirrors" lol?? :O

    Some mirrors are different
    some make you look longer or larger have you ever looked at your reflection in a car window and you look wider some mirrors have the same effect. sometimes it's the angle and as said by others lighting

    hahaha yeah!? and yeah i know that lighting has to do with what ya look like bt also i think that some mirrors are just made differently...
