Is it normal that i think about what i'm thinking everytime?
I think about what I'm thinking . I think about what I'm going to say. When I'm working I think about what I'm working and focus on the smallest details it makes me nervous and fearful. I think about my body posture , whether I should stand like this or that way. I think about thinking that I'm thinking. What is this? How can I stop this? I have everything I want in life, yet I think too much about so many things.
