Is it normal that i talk to myself?

I'm wondering if what I do is normal. I've been doing this for as long as I can remember. Basically, I spend a large portion of my time pacing or walking in circles and talking to myself. But, I'm not actually talking to myself but playing fantasies in my head and saying what I am saying in said fantasies out loud. When I'm pacing it feels like I'm actually in the fantasies. I move my arms and hands the way I am moving them in the fantasies and make the same facial expressions. I can do this for hours and feel fulfilled. Is it normal?

I do it all the time. I am the only one who listens to me. Actuallly I do it a lot to sound out things I wish to say, very helpfully.

Your stimulation starved. One day if I'm in the field (psychiatry), I'll find some way to use all the psychological disorders as a genuine reason to why people need some vacation.
