I'm 19 and some people have pointed out that using pads is 'old-fashion'. I kinda feel like an old lady when I buy them
thats totally normal. tampons can cause some type of cancer i think and i find pads much more comfortable than something stuck up in me to clog and absorb the blood. but both are actually annoying..well you know i just wished PERIODS just didn't exist at all(: haha
I use tampons, pads only for sleeping. It's gross sitting in that gunk all day
Use whichever you're comfortable with. I've always preferred tampons because pads feel like diapers lol..I only used them for sleeping. But yeah, if you don't feel like sticking a tamp up there it's fine.
Well dang. Sometimes you just dont feel like sticking something up there. As long as your comfy, have at it!
Totally normal. I only use pads. Tampons hurt my insides and its not safe. Just change ur pad throughtday.
I use pads when I don't feel like wearing a tampon...even though sometimes it is gross to sit in it all day but yeah it's normal not old fashioned
I have always used pads and have plenty of friends that do too...I blacked out the first time I used a tampon and have never tried again...honestly...I don't want that and stuff up in there. What's comfy for is what you should go with!
I only use pads. I had to use tampons once, it was an emergency, but I knew it was the last time after seeing all the instructions and reading "Toxic Shock Syndrome is a very rare but serious infection that may cause death".
I am just a male but I prefer a girl to wear one of those pads that are soft and unperfumed. Being near the girl I can usually detect a lovely, cuddly smell that I am aware comes from the pad.
Pads are just great, they make me want to hug the girl and never let her go. She will feel soft and warm and lovely. I just want to protect her and keep her safe from all harm and worry. I suppose this seems odd but it's just me. I could never harm a girl anyway but when I detect the aroma of a pad they are wearing it just freaks me out for affection for them. A little bit of heaven for me.
I used a tampon once and hated it!! I'm 31 and have only used pads ever since. Also pads are recommended by more doctors and gynos because the body sees it as a foreign object in your body and not only kicks up your immune system (which just adds to the fatigue) but also raises your body temperature. Anything that does that to you won't be used by me.
I've used a tampon once and I did not like it so I've been using pads mostly all my life. Pads are safer to my standers.
Pads are better! plus my friends told me you loose your virginity with tampons.. and if your a virgin I dont think you wanna be loosing your virginity to a stick! hahaha
I've been out with more girls who wore pads than tampons. Now that they're scented as well, they make your underwear smell nice. Nothing old-fashioned about them, although I think it's a modern attitude to want to hide what our bodies are doing and so tampons may seem more "modern". If I were a girl, I'd probably go the tampon route myself.
Pads Meds, its all personal choice.
Obviously my young teenager uses pads, actually I couldn't see her wanting to use meds, I suppose she will one day, but for the moment she'd hate it. You're the same.
